Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the Swavo platform. Using the service implies full acceptance.

v0.1 — Preliminary terms. To be reviewed by legal counsel before payment collection.

1. Scope

Swavo is a software-as-a-service platform providing a voice agent (Giulia), WhatsApp AI handling, CRM, calendar, tickets, billing, inventory and integrative modules for service SMBs.

2. Account and registration

Using the service requires creating an account with truthful information and keeping credentials confidential. The user is responsible for all activities performed via the account.

3. Plans and payments

Three self-service plans (Smart, Smart Voice, Pro) plus Enterprise/Founding Partner. Payments are monthly via Stripe, VAT excluded. Cancel anytime with effect at the next billing cycle. 30-day money-back guarantee.

4. Service availability

Swavo aims to provide a 99.5% monthly uptime. Scheduled maintenance announced in advance and force majeure events are excluded. Higher SLAs are available with Enterprise plans.

5. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Swavo is not liable for indirect damages, loss of profit, or data loss resulting from misuse. Overall liability is capped at the amount paid by the user in the 12 months preceding the event.

6. Termination

The user may terminate at any time from the dashboard. Swavo may terminate with 30 days' notice or without notice for material breach of these terms.

7. Jurisdiction

Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Court of Catania (Italy), without prejudice to mandatory consumer venue rules where applicable.
