Monthly credit
The budget your fee buys. Not minutes, not messages: euros, which you spend in whichever channel you want. Heavy callers use it on calls; WhatsApp-first businesses use it on messages.
Per-minute rate
How much each minute of phone conversation draws from the credit. Only the time Giulia is actually talking to someone counts.
Per-message rate
How much each reply Giulia sends on WhatsApp or chat draws. Messages she receives are free: you only pay for what she answers.
Voice on the web and widget
Giulia speaking, from the browser: on your page or inside the widget you paste on your site. No phone line involved, no number to activate. On every plan, Free included.
Dedicated phone number
An Italian number of your own, where Giulia answers calls. It comes with the Start plan: on Free, Giulia works on the web, in the widget on your site and on WhatsApp. We set the number up with you — it isn't a form to fill in.

Giulia writes first
Appointment confirmations, reminders, follow-ups to people who went quiet: messages that go out without anyone writing first. They need a Meta-approved template and the recipient's consent, and the portal handles them. From Pro upwards.
WhatsApp's own costs
WhatsApp belongs to Meta, and Meta has its own price list for business conversations. Meta bills those directly to your WhatsApp Business account: Swavo adds no markup and does not front them for you. From Swavo you only pay your plan's per-message rate, taken from your credit.
Calls at the same time
How many calls Giulia handles at once. With one line, the second caller gets a busy tone. That's why a restaurant at eight in the evening wants two.
Rollover
Credit left over at month end doesn't vanish: it stays available for the next 3 months. A quiet August pays for a busy September.
Top-up
Applies to every plan: when credit runs out, you load more from the portal and spend it at your plan's rates. Minimum €10, valid 365 days. On Free, which has no fee, it's the only way to have credit.
Out of credit
If the credit runs out, Giulia pauses until you top up or auto top-up kicks in. No surprise costs, never an invoice you didn't decide on.

What is credit?

It's your plan's monthly budget. The fee you pay comes back to you, all of it, as credit, and Giulia spends it by working: every call minute and every written message draws from the credit, at your plan's rates. The rates are on each plan's card.

What happens when the credit runs out?

Giulia pauses until you top up. No surprise costs, ever: you never pay anything beyond what you've already loaded. Top up from the portal in a minute, or switch on auto top-up and never stop.

Is leftover credit lost?

No. What you don't spend carries over to the next month, for the number of months stated in your plan. Top-ups have their own validity, shown on the card.

Can I top up without changing plan?

Yes. Top up whenever you want from the portal, starting from your plan's minimum amount. The top-up adds to the credit you have and is valid for the stated period.

Can I change plan or cancel?

Yes, from the portal, at any time. If you cancel, you keep access until the end of the period you've already paid for.

Is my data safe?

Yes. Servers in Europe, GDPR compliance, encryption in transit and at rest for conversations.
