What does "In Preview" mean?
swavo.ai is in Early Access. We'll officially launch in Summer 2026. By signing up as a Founding Partner you lock in −40% for 12 months and you're among the first 150 customers to get access.
Do I have to pay to join the waitlist?
No. Joining is free. You'll only start paying once we activate your account, and you can cancel at any time.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time from the dashboard. The proration is calculated automatically on your next invoice.
What happens if I exceed my AI call limit?
You'll get a notification at 80% and 100% of the limit. Extra voice minutes are billed as you use them (€0.30/min), or you can upgrade to the next plan. No service is interrupted.
Can I cancel whenever I want?
Yes. All monthly plans are "no commitment": cancel with one click from the dashboard and keep access until the end of the period you've already paid for.
Is my data safe?
Yes. Servers in Europe, full GDPR compliance, encryption in transit and at rest for conversations. Available on request for Enterprise: dedicated deployment options.
