What does the operations portal include?

Do I have to migrate data from my current software?
Swavo imports from Excel, CSV or the main Italian management tools. We do it for you during onboarding, usually in half a day.
Is it tailored to my sector?
Yes. The portal is configured for how your business works, with the fields and flows of your trade.
Where is the data hosted?
Your account data and your customers' data are stored on servers in the European Union. For some features (the assistant's transcription and voice, AI models, payments) we use providers that also process data outside the EU, under the safeguards required by the GDPR (Standard Contractual Clauses or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework): the list is public, provider by provider. If you connect an external service of your own, the data goes where you choose.
