Swavo is an AI Business OS for Italian service SMBs, founded in 2025 by Salvo Marino. The mission is to remove the fragmentation between tools every small business owner deals with daily — phone, WhatsApp, CRM, calendar, invoicing — unifying them in a single system where AI answers, organises and learns from real work.
The product is made of five modules: Giulia voice agent, WhatsApp AI, Operations portal, Memory brain, Integrations hub. Customer data is stored on European servers; transfers outside the EU to some providers are set out in the dedicated section of the privacy notice.
