Swavo is an AI Business OS for Italian service SMBs, founded in 2025 by Salvo Marino. The mission is to remove the fragmentation between tools every small business owner deals with daily — phone, WhatsApp, CRM, calendar, invoicing — unifying them in a single system where AI answers, organises and learns from real work.
The product is made of six modules: Giulia voice agent, WhatsApp AI, Operations portal, Memory brain, Integrations hub, Agent Studio. All data is hosted on European servers and the system is GDPR-compliant by design.
Swavo is being built together with Italian SMBs through the Founding Partners program, launching in summer 2026.
